This is conceived as a dialogue between horizontal lines and expansive spaces. The architecture stretches outward, emphasising width and visual continuity.
Clean planes project toward the horizon, reinforcing the sensation of hovering above the landscape.
Given the steep terrain, the villa's structure cascades downward in carefully calculated volumes, allowing each level uninterrupted sea views. Access is designed to heighten anticipation: arrival unfolds gradually, revealing framed glimpses of the Mediterranean before opening into dramatic full panoramas of the coast.
Generous overhangs provide passive solar protection while enhancing the villa's sculptural silhouette. Terraces wrap around living spaces, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. From the infinity pool edge, the sea appears to merge seamlessly with the sky.
The villa embodies balance; bold yet restrained, expansive yet grounded.
